These Terms and Conditions are in place to ensure mutual understanding between Bazhaa Clean and our clients, outlining our responsibilities and yours to facilitate a smooth and professional experience.
2. Services Provided
We offer a comprehensive range of cleaning services across the United Kingdom, which include but are not limited to:

3. Booking and Appointments
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email. Each booking will be confirmed with a written or digital confirmation outlining the service requested, the date and time, the address, and the estimated cost.
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during the booking process is accurate and up to date. Inaccurate details may result in service delays, additional charges, or cancellations. Furthermore, we reserve the right to decline a booking or reschedule services due to availability, environmental risks, safety concerns, or uncontrollable circumstances.
To avoid disruption, we request that clients are present during the initial appointment or provide secure access details in advance.
4. Pricing and Quotations
Prices for services are quoted based on the details you provide at the time of enquiry or booking. All quotations are given in good faith and assume standard cleaning conditions. If, upon arrival, the actual job requires significantly more time, effort, or materials than anticipated, we reserve the right to adjust the final price accordingly after consulting with the client.
Our prices are inclusive of travel, cleaning products, labour, and use of professional equipment, unless otherwise specified. All quoted prices are inclusive of VAT, and no additional fees will be charged without your prior consent.
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued, after which prices may be subject to change based on operational costs and market conditions.
5. Payments
Payment is expected in full immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior written agreement has been made. For ongoing or contractual cleaning services, invoicing may be arranged weekly or monthly, with payment terms stated clearly in the agreement.

Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the suspension of future services, late payment fees, or recovery action. Moreover, if an invoice remains unpaid after 30 days, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest as outlined by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You can do so by calling our office or sending an email. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer the slot to another client.
Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed service charge. Additionally, if our team attends your property and cannot access it or begin work due to missing keys, locked doors, or unsafe conditions, we may charge a “no access” fee of up to 100% of the service value.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the termination of our business relationship.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure we can deliver our services effectively and safely, we ask that all clients:

Remove valuables, fragile items, and clutter from the areas being serviced.

Secure pets and supervise children during the cleaning process.

Notify us of any special surfaces, high-risk materials, or pre-existing damage that may affect cleaning outcomes.
We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed as delicate, unstable, or in disrepair.
8. Use of Products and Equipment
Bazhaa Clean uses environmentally friendly and professionally approved cleaning products. Additionally, our team is trained in the correct use of chemicals and machinery for different types of surfaces and fabrics.
Furthermore, if clients prefer specific brands or types of products to be used, they must inform us in advance and supply them if they are not part of our standard inventory. Please note that Bazhaa Clean reserves the right to refuse the use of client-supplied products that may pose a health, safety, or effectiveness concern.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee and Re-cleaning Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee on most services. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours, specifying the areas of concern. Additionally, we will return at no additional cost to re-clean the affected area(s), provided no third party has altered or attempted to re-clean the work in question.
This guarantee is limited to services performed under normal conditions and does not apply to issues outside our control, such as ingrained stains or damage caused by wear and tear.
10. Liability and Insurance
Bazhaa Clean is fully insured with public liability and employer’s liability coverage for your peace of mind. While we take the utmost care during every service, we are not responsible for:

Items left in unsafe or precarious positions

Natural deterioration due to age or improper maintenance

Hidden defects or weak structures
If accidental damage occurs as a direct result of our service, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours. Verified claims will be handled through our insurance provider, and we will cooperate fully during the process.
11. Health and Safety
We are committed to upholding the highest standards of health and safety for both our staff and clients. All of our employees follow approved safety procedures, use PPE where required, and operate in compliance with current UK Health & Safety regulations.
Clients are expected to maintain a safe environment during our visit. Hazards such as loose wires, broken glass, wet floors, or aggressive pets should be addressed before our team arrives.
12. Force Majeure
Bazhaa Clean shall not be held liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, terrorism, labour strikes, government restrictions, or extreme weather. In such events, services will be rescheduled at the earliest convenient time.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly. All client data collected during service enquiries, bookings, or transactions is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties unless legally required. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
